Olives production area: in the Verona province and/or in the best areas of olives vocation
Production period: beginning November
Method of pressing: cold pressing with continuous press
Acidity: 0.2% max
Colour: golden yellow with nuances tending to green
Taste: medium fruity reminding the original fruit, equilibrate taste
Cooking advice: on boiled and grilled fish dishes, steamed vegetables and all types of meat
