It is the oil that represents the man of the house. It is robust and decisive but also amiable and cordial. It is produced with the finest varieties of Italian olives including Peranzana, Frantoio and Leccino coming from the best production areas. Characterized by a low acidity (never higher than 0.30%), it has an intense scent of fresh olive with evident herbaceous notes. Strong and fresh taste.

Available in the "Novello unfiltered" version in the autumn period.

The structure of this oil makes it an ideal condiment for fresh salads and bruschetta, but also for grilled meat and all the dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, which helps to enhance flavors and aromas.
